Questions about Adding New Manager mid save

Hey guys!

I'm currently in the year 2025 on my Leyton Orient save and I'm steamrolling the BPL and winning the CL every second year. It's gotten very easy for me as I have one of the best squads in the world.

This is what I am thinking of doing.

1. Duplicating my save.

2. Add a new manager to my save file.

3. Take control of that manager and let the AI take over my previous manager with Leyton Orient.

4. Use my new manager and search for a job (almost like starting a new game). Also get to keep an eye on how the AI uses my old manager with leyton orient.

Can this be done? Not really sure how to go about it! Thanks!

I dont think the AI can take over your old manager but you can do pretty much the same thing as you suggested by either:
Holidaying your 1st manager whilst playing with the second
OR
Retiring your first one and then the AI will fill the vacancy with another manager.
