It was all going great till a ill fated trip to the Emerates at the end of September where we were destroyed 6-1. Our form between the October and November internationals was abysmal 5 points from 15 leaving us well off the pace at the top. Maybe a break from Champions League will help our league form.

4 games in this group was a mess. Real Madrid were 3rd on 5 points but they turned it around but finished 2nd on head to head record. Yep we took top spot by 1 away goal!

Following the end of season team meeting problems with senior figues at the squad like Mascherano & Ter Stegen both demanding they go or there manager leaves at the end of the season.

The Sun breaks the story that Donald & Man Utd agreed a deal to take over for the Champions League final 2 weeks before the end of the season.


Monday 29th May
Darran Donald signs a 1 game contract to manage the club against Manchester City in the Champions League final with potential for a longer term deal if both partys agree!
