Quick Question on CA/PA

Seeing how the quality of the regens in my game has declined, I decided to use FMRTE for good! I just have one small question. I was using the mass edit feature, and just raising all the god-aweful regen's CA and PA, but their Current Raiting and Potential Rating both remained at around 40.1 or so. How do I raise regen quality using the mass edit feature?

Do this:

Go to the countries page and put juniors development at 200, then mass edit all clubs to get 20 on youth systems (all).

You will get several messis per year
