Quick Question (rather stupid one)

Ive recently been approached by a few of my players who have stated they are unhappy with the lack of discipline shown within the club and a more structured approach would benefit everybody at the club, now ive never had anyway complain about this before so im wondering what exactly does this mean in fm and how do i fix it?..

it means you need to start fining your players for getting straight reds, and issuing warnings when they get 2 yellows and get sent off. Also fine them for missing training. Do that consistently and all will be well. I would recommend that you don't fine them if they get 2 yellow cards, because that will only upset them. But fine them if they get a straight red, they will always accept it.

I did not know that. I've always just warned my players on red cards and that worked well enough. I planned to fine them if they ever got 2 reds in the same season but fortunately it never came to that.
