Quick question

Hi dont know whether this is correct forum but have played a few games on fm and on my profile rating always the same thing happens
all stats go up except club/player loyalty which drops even if i stay at the same club for years turning down job offers
how do you get this stat to stay same or go up??

its not just your squad ists your players to like if you promise some one first team footy then you dont give it them thus upseting them then this will harm your loyalty points and also not meeting bord and fan demands stuff like that all adds up m8
