Hi i was wondering is there any way or tips for expanding Chelsea Stadium? Or building a new ground?

Either cheat and expand it in the editor, or go to Boardroom>Interact with board>Stadium and click one of the options.
why on Earth would you cheat? Don't do that at all. It's supremely easy to build a new stadium for Chelsea seeing as I've played with them and managed to do it in my second season. Once you hit the £75M mark in your bank balance, the board will pretty much agree that a new stadium is needed and start building once. and they'll probably name it Zola Stadium or something
