Quick random question!

I (like a lot of others) was searching up on Lukaku (don't worry it's not to do with him)! On the way though, found a nice skin whilst looking at all the attachments of how he develops.

That was the one, I looked at the skins downloads section but couldn't find it? So just hoped I could resolve this quickly as quite a lot of people I saw had it (obviously don't expect the picture from the face pack on the link, just the skin itself.. which looks quite nice and simple from the colour changes).

Can anyone help at this (late) time?

thats just the dark skin that comes with the game?
