I've had some trouble with FM this year, not really gotten into it as much as last years game. So I've decided for a bit of fun to start a save where I am using cheats/the in game editor. Nothing too serious, just messing around really.
But the in game editor does not let you change how familiar the formations are. So I was wondering what is the quickest way to get full familiarity with a formation?
I set my training to no rests, slider all the way to match day training and setup loads of friendlies, but even without team instructions it just takes forever to go up for me. What stats/attributes from players/staff help this go up quicker, if anything?
