thanks for your response. I tried the tactic this morning before work, I think it will take some time for my players to adapt, I have aslo downloaded your 4-2-3-1 formation which is another great tactic!!

In this tactic MCR is used as a DLP. Im using Luca Cigarini in a Pirlo role and he is doing really well. I would be glad if i had Verratti there
I am making a new possession style tactic now
Of course I will try it, I will play him in the MCR role then as this is a DLP role, I have just signed Jano from Spartak Moscow for 5.5mil who Im going to play AML also signed Andrea Bertolacci for 3.6mil who I will play MCL along side Verratti

I dont think possession will work too great with S1 Torino side.. it may make you lose games... dont want that to happen! once I have semi completed it I will upload it here Fantastic results with a near-default Everton squad (only transfers were the selling of Heitinga, and replacing him with Dawson, and Barkley returning on loan in January). Made it to the CC final in addition to finishing 2nd in the table, though we lost out to Arsenal in the CC (1-2). The only change to the tactics I made was to the corner routine to something more realistic and less exploiting. Top result was surely the closing match of the season, a 4-1 win over Man U at Old Trafford to clinch 2nd place in the table.
Also worth noting, is the tactic saw us go on a 19 match unbeaten run, which was bookended by 2-1 losses to Man City and Arsenal. One other thing worth mentioning, this was with what I'd consider a weakened squad, as Gibson missed almost the entire post-January window term, forcing me to start Phil Neville at DM far more than I had hoped. However, I suppose it was a pleasant surprise as Barkley shined upon his loan return.

Tried this tactic over the weekend, I must admit putting Marco Verratti MCR has worked wonders! I beat AC Milan 2-1 away from home and I demolished Roma 5-1!! I have Rolando Bianchi upfront whos bagged 10 goals already this season.
I will try and gt some screen shots up at a later date but I'm loving the tactic at the moment!

I only started using the tactic after about 11 games as well. Winning the title is still possible.
