maybe check out dale jennings - from tranmere. His stats arent the worlds best or anything but he is a consistant performer for me on my luverpool save, first season he was my top scorer in the europa league with 24 goals and came 3rd in the EPL with 18 goals. Second season he scored 27 goals in 26 games (he was injured for the rest of the games) and he scored 11 goals in the champions league too......not bad from a 100k signing.

have a look at him, you may not like him but he has done well on my liverpool save and my newcastle save :)

Good work mate, you've got a real knack of finding gifted youngsters. Definitely the Arsene Wenger of FM-Base!

Im not at home for a few days raikan but i will :)

yeah he looks utter rubbish but i took a chance on him and it worked out, it was probably the fact i had him up front with suarez (?) and he had the likes of gerrard to feed off :)
 
Don't know how much you're familiar with croatian league. If you don't know much, check it.. lots of potentially good players. Franko Andrijasevic usually becomes my key player at Hajduk.
Everybody knows Milan Badelj, Sammir, Ante Vukusic.
Most of you already know Mateo Kovacic, Dino Spehar. Jakov Dzoni also has lots of potential.
 
Thanks for the thread, but it would be nice to include not only current screenshots but also screenshots in 3 or 4 years after working with a certain youngster in your club and detailed explanation what approach had you used when developing him (I know there are other thread about those topics, just thought it might suitable to gather them all togehter) (H)
 
I am not going to be able to buy every good youngster I see mate :) that would be impossible :) I do this so that the other members can see these players and buy a couple and develop them :)

I am doing this with a lot of the youngsters I have made threads about and I update them every now and again with the players progress :)
 
Yes, of course, you are doing great, it is impossible for one person to do all the job to scout and develop every single promising youngster.
But clearly there are many threads lacking "future" screenshots and development tips(best tutors, best training focus, position retraining, PPM training etc.) so if it is possible to make those additions a requirement it would be great :D
