He's great as box to box/ ball winner midfielder because of his stamina and running but for that money you should sell him and try to get Lucas Romero, kind of similar but better passing and technique.
Don't just snap their hands off, break their wrists. That's quality money. Wanyama will do as good a job and you can pick him up for half money, maybe even cheaper. If they get pissy about you bidding on Wanyama, Schneidelin is quality too.
