Random Manager in FMC Game?

I went on my FMC save a day ago (two managers) and when I returned there was a random manager in the Manager Tab called "Um Bongo" who had was managing Newcastle. He had played a couple of games as a manager (lost almost all of them) used an automatic 4-4-2 formation, and spent a load of money on various players. This isn't a network game, and isn't open to anyone. So what I have to ask is, how on earth did he get on there?

Can you post a screenshot? You can get random regen managers I am pretty sure
