If it doesnt happen then Rangers are f**ked next season tbh.
Papac will be out of contract, Weir will be a year older and ever slower, Forster back to aberdeen, Diouf back to blackburn, Wiess back to City, Healy out of contract and most importantly Smith gone.
Money will be needed.

Fingers crossed. Sky sports news will be on for a good while, and if I go on xbox I'll be refreshing the rangers web every 10 mins. Praying we get this deal done it could help us in the title run in as well as the long run.
