The full back pietayr on a free is a must, I sold him for 2 mil when I got to the spl, Barry Douglas from Dundee united is another solid signing, only 22, you'll pay around 80k for him so cheap! Then sell Wallace, you'll get 3+ million easily, buy johnny Russell from Dundee united, only about 1.2 million then tony watt from Celtic for the same price, finish off with wotherspoon from hibs, 230k and you'll be solid
