Rangers still cant play in europe after 5 seasons

alright guys, i edited rangers to put them in league 2 with celtic, but after 5 seasons and finishing 5th i still cant play in europe yet when in scottish leagues you can get ito europe after 3, anyone know why this is or where i can look to change it ?

I'm just spitballing here, but if you have Rangers and Celtic still with a nationality of Scottish could that be affecting it?
