Rangers tranfer ban question

just started a save as rangers i could buy people for the first two weeks and now rangers have a transfer embargo does any1no when it is lifted???

i think mine got lifted after i had a takeover in year 2 but not too sure

September 1st 2013 is when it ends.

You can sign free agents after that though. January 2014 is the first time you can buy a player from another side though.

You can actually buy players on the 1st September 2013, which is the last day of that transfer window.
