That's too much. He is a good denfending talent, but not unique. You shouldn't pay more than 4-7 for that kind of talents.

How old is he? if he's over 23 at this stage check his stats but if its the beginning of the game targets such as otamendi,galeano,hummels or rafael toloi are better, and more reasonable in fee.
