** NEW V3 UPDATE **
IMPORTANT 1: Tactic has preset manual marking(you don't need do anything it's already in tactic). AMC manual marks opposition left Full Back(or right Full Back in mirror version) and this is very important! So if you’re going to make any changes to the tactic then save the tactic only during the match in order to keep preset manual marking!
IMPORTANT 2: AML(Inside Forward) should be right footed or at least have “Fairly Strong” rating for right foot. Also below you can download mirror version of the tactic in case you don’t have good right footed player for AML position but you have good left footed player.
IMPORTANT 3: When you play against 5 defenders tactic then during the match you have to remove “Specific Manual Marking” PI from AMC positon.

Few tips how to use filters(Under spoiler).
Here are a list of stats which are very important for positions and you want have these stats 15+ in order to get best performance from the tactic :
STC, AML, AMC – Acieration, Agility, Pace, Dribbling, Technique, Flair, Off The Ball, Finishing, Long Shots, Anticipation, Decisions.
MCL, MCR – Technique, Passing, Vision, Work Rate, Teamwork, Positioning, Off The Ball, Anticipation, Decisions.
DL, DR – Work Rate, Acceleration, Pace, Anticipation, Positioning, Marking, Tackling, Crossing, Technique.
DM – Work Rate, Teamwork, Positioning, Marking, Anticipation, Determination, Bravery, Aggression, Tackling,
Strength, Jumping Reach(both DMs should have Jumping Reach no less than 11 but also no need invest in this stats too much 11-13 is optimal range for this stat).
CDL, CDR - Positioning, Marking, Anticipation, Concentration, Strength, Jumping Reach, Acceleration, Pace.

Match preparation – “Match Tactic” until the tactic is fully fluid then I change to 30% Def. Positions.
Also all players have individual focus training and my decision what individual training focus to use depend on current player’s attributes and positions he plays. I check his attributes and then decide which of them requires boost.

I would recommend you have full scouting knowledge for these nations: Spain, Portugal, England, Italy, Germany, France, Holland, Brazil.
In case you find it hard to find players through filters here's what you can do there's an option "easy match conditions" in filters menu and you can "easy" match conditions by 1 condition in most cases it will double pool of player you can chose from but always pay attention what parameter is missing and for how much. I would recommend have it no more than 1-2 points away.
This way you can also find young talents for your team.
