In my second season with Manchester United I have won:

European Super Cup 2014 - Beating Stuttgart 3-0
Club World Championship 2014 - Beating Sao Paulo 3-2
Capital One Cup 2015 - Beating Man City 3-1
English Premiership 2015 - 3 points from Tottenham
European Champion League 2015 - Beating Chelsea 3-1

My Tactic was a set 4-4-2 formation, playing fluidly and attacking and making the most of the pace within the team.

Would like to hear if this has worked for other teams, lower leagues and overseas.

You may have to change a few things to set it around the team you have but this is a successful tactic for me and made me win 5 trophies in one season!

EDIT: I got the link for you, it's only a beta atm, so expect a couple of teething problems, but I use it and there's nothing major/game breaking!
