RB. 3rd Season with wigan

looking for a RB in my 3rd season with wigan. currently 5th by january and in the knockout stages in the euro cup. my current RB ronnie stam has signed for marseille so i am looking for a replacement.
i have 7mil to spend and about £65,000 p/w wages to spend.
