Hello, i've decided to manage Rhyl in the Welsh League just wondering can welsh clubs qualify for the champions league on FM 12, is it possible or not?

yeah they can, i'm playing in san marino and have previously beat one in the first qualifying round of the champinos league. so yeah they can but don't expect to see one in the group stages for a while.

I've seen Neath and Llanelli get qualifying spots but they never get past those.

Yes they get spots in the qualifying round. I heard it is really hard to get them to do any damage in the Champions League because the money for winning the league is wrong.
