Reading FC players- buy/sell and Tactics recommendations

Hi , this is my first post to this forum and wanted to hear your recommendations. I am due to recieve FM 2011 tomorrow and plan to start a career using Reading FC. Could you please offer me some advice to which players and tactics are useful and do a great job.

make RB a priorty and get Emmanuel Boayke or Abubabakri(sp) Yakubu for there
Then get Michael Ball for LB as Harte probably isnt good enough. Then depending wheter or not you want to go 4-2-3-1 or 4-4-2 get a AMC or Striker
Try Roman Bezus as he is good 18 and can play both.
