Reading fc

When i take over at Reading (Local team!), the coaching staff always give me a few ideas for a formation and the one i usually go for is 4-4-1-1 with Matejovsky playing the AMC role

anyone got any alternative? i notice they do have a few DMC's.

I am Reading and use 4-4-2 i am 1st atm. I didn't buy anyone. I used Fluid,Attacking,Direct,More expressive. Away from home more agrresive tackling, at home default i do not press more i just use default, and away stick to position at home more roaming. so all you change for away and home games is tackling and positioning. And obviously set player instructions to a players suited attributes. Try to use 5 attacking players and 5 defensive. And is your tactic working well?

Best tactic: 4-1-2-1-2
Matejovsky as attacking midfielder and Long and some other as forward. I was first in the league till November when my game crashed....Fluid, short passing is vital...

Right, its only 2 friendlies in but i can see one issue already, defence!!!

I have won 4-1 twice, (vs Reading Res, GH Academy) but there were times where we were caught defensively.
