Real Life Injuries

Im wanting to start a new save but I dont want any injuries at the beginning of the save, is there a way in which i can do this?

some one brought out a real life injury system but i dont really know how you would do that sorry

You can download fmrte, the "football manager real-time editor". Open it, click load game, go to your club's screen, then click teams, and finally hit "heal team". The newer version of the editor costs money though so I recommend searching online for an older version (5.0.2 I think). Hope this helps at all.
