Im Real Madrid and just started a new season with £40 million to spend .

im looking at . thiago silva 35 million
replacement for carvalho who is 33 and has about 1 great season left in him and varane doesnt become good for about 2 seasons

Hamsik for around £27 million
need a partner for xabi alonso who is a 3 and a half star ! (sahin is only 3 stars)

toni kroos for about 25
same reason as above but take longer to develop

or neymar for £40 million
another striker as apart from higuain theres no real amazing striker as benzema is under-rated ! going to be one of the best players in the games

What's your formation? I think of all your options, Thiago Silva would be your best shout.. Just because Nuri Sahin is only 3 stars, doesn't mean he'll stay that way forever. Consistent match time and constant good performances will change that.. And besides, the star rating is unreliable, your *** Man's judging of player ability and potential may not be high enough to give you a surefire accurate answer. you should be looking at the players' stats more.

Nuri Sahin is a sick player. You have a midfield 3 of Ozil, Xabi and Sahin, this is one of the bests midfields in the game...There is no way you need another star there. Varane is a great player already in his first season, and the early you play him the better he will become.

I'd have snapped up neymar mate... as there are better and far cheaper + younger CB's on the game like the CB from Shalke he is immense same as sakho .......... but your midfield is sick as f**k ........ thats why IRL madrid will be dominating either this season or next and for many years, and all round better team !!!
