Also this is my under 19s squad is there anyone i can bring in or promote to the first team. I have 65 mill left to buy players.

I play on Arsenal and even though I have 150mil transfer budget each time I have never paid beyond like 6 mil for a regen. I look for the more budget looking ones and sure enough they are starting to shine. Good opposition instruction and tactics that suit your team is what you need to win regularly. Not having as many good players as you can.
