Realistic Youth Rating Update

In the base Football Manager 20 game, there have been a lot of complaints about how the youth player ratings from certain nations (Egypt, Jordan, etc) are unrealistic. I've used the editor to change that and make the youth ratings seem more realistic. The top 50 are listed below:
