Really struggling - any help with tactics?

I'm Southampton, and my tactics were working really well before 13.3 but now they never seem to work. I'm drawing 0-0 and 1-1 all the time with small teams and losing to the big teams 0-4, 1-3 etc..

I have the players to play a 4-2-3-1 formation. Lamela, Destro, Chamberlain, Redmond, Tabanou.. Good wingers and AMCs.
Any advice?
