They are not taking me back. Even though I am a Chelsea Legend, and they dont have any manager my application is always unsuccessful. :(
Does anyone else has experience in this regard???

Also.. if I was a Chelsea Manager, would i never be an Arsenal/ Spurs / Pool manager?

Another question: My Midfielders, despite having great stats tend to get tired up ala 70-75% by half time. What changes should i bring in their training schedule to make them more 'fitter'?

Thanks!

Simple, if you resigned, they dont want you back !

decrease your training schedule ! are they older players ?

I don't think they wont ever take you back not at least 4 at least 5 years or maybe never.

1. Why resign in the 1st place?
2. I don't know if being a Chelsea legend will affect your applications for other clubs.
3. Rotate your squad?

I got bored of winning every game. Had a mammoth 237 winning run ended by Man City.
But it seems i just dont have 'that' affinity with me new club than i had with Chelsea. :'(

I believe the 'Stamina' stat is the one responsible for keeping condition as high as possible.
