I'm playing as Rotherham and I've had back to back promotions all the way from L2. I've just gained promotion to the EPL and need to rebuild my squad. Especially sparce in midfield. Can anyone recommend any good signings for the EPL 2015/16? I have a transfer budget of £19m.
