Recall from loan.

I bought a player from a club. And you know that thing when after accepting your offer, the selling club asks for a year of loan so the player can develop.
I accepted it. But the thing is, obviously I didn't notice what I was accepting in a hurry. Just after 1.7, when a player should come to me, I realized that he stayed there for a loan. When I try to "Recall from a loan", it's written, "Loan cant be recalled in first 28 days". Will I be able to recall that player after 28 days?

If the transfer window is still open, yes, you can recall the player.
