So I started a new game as Portsmouth and we all know the situation they're in. Fair enough we start the game with all transfer offers for my players being negotiated by the receivers.
However we've now been taken over by a Consortium who have restructured the clubs debt and improved the finances slightly.
A month after we've been taken over offers for my players are still being dealt with by the receivers. Surely this should have stopped as soon as we had new owners? Do people think this could be a bug?
