Recommended Game setup/patch

What would you say which countries to load and playable or viewable and which patch to get the most out of the game as I can't seem to find hardly any 5*staff/players listed on the forums.

Depends what kind of team you are going to manage?

Mid-table topflight? Title-challengers? LL? Or an obscure team from the 6th tier?

I'm going to manage Everton. I made a new game and I'd tried looking for staff like Julinho from Gremio and I can't find them and I had England as playable and Brazil,USA,Italy,Spain and Portugal as viewable.

I can't vouch for specific staff personal.

But if i were going to manage a team of a similar reputation to Everton i would load up the following leagues:

Patch 10.3: England (> League 1), Spain (> Liga Adelante), Italy (> Serie B), Brazil (1st tier), Argentina (1st tier), Germany (> 2nd Bundesliga), (France Ligue 2).

But afterall, it depends on your computers performance.
