Recommended Game Setup

Hi guys,

I am wondering how should we set the db for a new game. I always play in Europe so I select top tiers of England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands, Argentina and Brazil. And also I add all players in Central Europe region but I realized that this setup slows the game very very much. How do you setup your games or do you have any recommendations?

I tend to only have the top 2 or 3 leagues of the country I am playing in with a large database of players.

That way you get all the players and it runs fast.
