If any 1 can remember champ man 93-01/02 tactics this was a unbelievable formation tactic all way to football manager. So i wondering how can i remake it.

3-4-3
bring fulls backs into the middle, pushes a central defender into midfield who i use as a libero and brings a midfielder up front.
This is essentially an attack- minded style of play suited to a technically capable side. it naturally covers a lot of territory, and plays all three of your superstars strikers at once. But you must watch that all these areas are covered throughout, which calls for a team of true footballers capable of taking up other positions when they see them unoccupied. The versatility of these players is important, So it's helpful to have midfielders who can act as defender's especially the wide of the three.

The 3-4-3 is the formation of the gods, or one of the sheed continental lunacy.

The sweeper ( Libero)

this is a formation built around a specific player and as such it's vulnerable to total destruction whenever that player is absent from the side. The sweeper position in this formation is arguably more important than any other. Your sweeper has to be dependably fit, available and skilful enough both to play in this tricky spot.

Should upload it, let people try it and give you feedback so you get a better idea of how it does, cause lets face it, the year you're in, you're bound to have some super team of newgens so not exactly a fair trial, just my opinion :)

In your 3-4-3 wingers screenshot, both the AM and right IF are on support, but when loading the tactic, they're both on attack, is that right?

Defending corners could do with tweaking, played 2 games, conceded 3 from corners. I was 2-0 up against West Ham and ended up drawing 2-2 due to the 2 conceded from corners and conceded another in my next game against some Greek side in Europa League.

EDIT: Used an attacking and defending corner set up so gonna see how I fare with that, just played Stoke and didn't concede from a set piece, so that's a good start!

Another edit: I don't know what you've done, but by the looks of it, you've created something special, if it continues like this anyway..

Cragswfc,

Which tactic of the 2 are you using?

And, might it worth trying on a new save as your team will no doubt be decent now and players all regenerated?

He said he's using the one with wingers. I'm trying it with my Spurs side, seems to be doing well.

here are the tactics for you to test. I start with 343 but if not going my way i switch to 343 wingers

I'm fully prepared to test one in a brand new save but I'd rather wait till we know if one is more successful than others - with them being different shapes I need to build my squad/team around on shape as they're quite different and will require lots of different players.

Please let me know how you get on and which one you think is the best version.

Im trying the wingers with the same roles as the narrow 1 and its working as good as the other at the min. but from a personal note i think the narrow 1 the best
