Transfer Budget (curently spending 180k/w)
- Continental Qualification - 1.7 mil, 175 k/w
- Title Challenge - 2.2 mil, 175 k/w
- Winner - 2.4 mil, 175 k/w
First Team
Goalkeepers
- Eddie Gustafsson (GK)
- Gerhard Tremmel (GK)
At 31 and not your first choice keeper you should be looking to offload him. That said he will still do a job for you when needed.
- Alexander Walke (GK)
Decent Back up as well
Top Youth Prospects
Top Youth Prospects
- Domenik Schierl (GK)
3 stars pa
- Thomas Dahne (GK)
3 stars pa
Goalkeeper Summary: Keep Gustafsson for at least a season but you should be looking for a replacement in the near futre. He is also injured for 5 months so you will need another keeper. Try to sell one of the 2 backup keepers, sell Tremmel if you play with a sweeper keeper (as his eccentricity is low and his one-on-ones are high), but if you just use a normal keeper then sell Walke as he is slightly worse overall.
Defence
- Rabiu Afolabi (CB/LB)
Your best Centre Back but at 30 his stats will just decrease over time, i suggest playing him as a stopper or/and a man marking role as he has high bravery, aggression and marking. Can play left and right back as wel
- Ibrahim Sekagya (CB/LB/RB)
Partner to Afolabi, could maybe be used as a ball playing and/or cover as he has high creativity and passing for a centre back. Can also play left and right back
- Milan Dudic (CB/LB)
Can be rotated with Sekagya as he is also quite creative and can play anywhere in defensive if required
- Franz Schiemer (RB/DM/LB/CB/CM)
Possible first choice right back althought it is a close call to make
- Christian Schwegler (RB/RWB/LB)
Higher defence, technical and creativity stats than Schiemer, although slightly worse Physical and Arial stats. But with thats massive throw (20 for long throws) it a tough choice for right back.
- Andreas Ulmer (LB/LWB/LM)
Your first choice left back
- Martin Hinteregger (LB/DM/CM)
At only 17 he has the potenital to become the best player at the club, try to give him as much time as possible.
Top Youth Prospects
- Alexander Staudecker (RB)
3.5 stars pa from assistant report so he could be a star player in right back
- Pascal Scheucher (CB)
3 stars pa from assistant report so he could become a good centre back
Defence Summary: As your centre backs are old (30,30 and 29) and you only have 3, you need to invest in a young centre back defender. But you have really good right and left back youth prospects
Midfield
- Nikola Pokrivac (DM/CM)
Very good defensive midfielder
- David Mendes Da Silva (DM/CM/CB)
Best defensive midfielder
- Thomas Augustinussen (DM/CM)
Second best defensive midfielder
- Christoph Leitgeb (CM/DM)
Good centre mid but you could maybe offload him as you have 3 really good DM's
- Stefan Hierlander (CM,/M/RAM/RM)
Young Centre, attacking and right mid, has the potential to be a good player for the club
- Johan Vonlanthen (RAM/AM/ST)
First choice right attacking midfielder should u choose to play with a right winger
- Jakob Jantscher (LAM/LM/RAM/RM)
Young left winger who will become a very good player
- Dusan Svento (LAM/LM)
Yet another very good left winger, use him in very hard games i.e european games as he is good at defending
- Gonzalo Zarate (LAM/RAM/ST)
Probably your best left winger
- Simon Cziommer (AM/MC)
Good attacking midfielder with great long shots (17) and a set piece specialist (corners 15, pens 16, free kicks 17)
Top youth prospects
- Stefan Schwendinger (RM/RAM)
3.5 stars pa so could be very good
- Sandro Djuric (LM/LWB)
3 stars pa
- Christoph Martschinko (LAM/ST)
3 stars pa also
Midfield Summary: Quite a strong area with 3 really good defensive midfielders, could do with maybe another central creative player though and maybe a young talent
Attack
- Joaquin Boghossian
at 22 and 6'6'' he has room to improve and is already a good player
- Alan
Another good young striker
- Roman Wallner
A more experienced good striker
- Louis Clement Ngwat Mahop
at 22 he is still young but not a first choice like alan, wallner and boghossian so you could maybe sell him but he does have good long shots and would make a good deep lying striker
- Jonathan
On loan from corinthians and very **** terminate his loan imediately as he is not needed
Top Youth Prospects
- Mehmet Bulut
3.5 stars pa so could be very good
- Nikola Dovedan
3 stars pa
Attack Summary: Good young strikers so no real need for improvement here
Formation
- GK - Goalkeeper (Defend)
- RB - Wing Back (Attack)
- LB - Wing Back (Attack)
- RCB - Ball Playing Defender (Cover)
- LCB - Defender (Stopper)
- RCM - Ball Winning Midfielder (Defend)
- LCM - Deep Lying Playmaker (Support)
- RAM - Winger (Attack)
- LAM - Inside Forward (Attack)
- RCF - Target Man (Support)
- LCF - Poacher (Attack)
Playmaker - Deep Lying Playmaker
Target Man - Target Man
Target Man Supply - Mixed
Target Man - Target Man
Target Man Supply - Mixed
Thanks for reading guys i will add more (e.g who to specifically sign and about the coaches etc) once i get a good feel of the team .
But Red Bull Salzburg are a good team who are quite easy to start with (althought not as easy as last year when they had a massive £10 mil transfer budget) and i highly recommend u try them

constructive criticism is more than welcome go easy on me as well as it is my first guide
EDIT: Also if you want to make it more realistic and also easier then go onto the editor and make them have a sugar daddy and increase their finances and transfer budget because in real life they are loaded and this would make it more realistic
