Red card madness...

Ok so Iv'e started a new game on the new patch with Barca, and I thought I was getting more than a usual amount of straight reds, so I checked my playable leagues...

La Liga: 83 red cards in 230 games (1 every 2.77 games!)
Premier League: 38 red cards in 260 games (1 every 6.84 games)
Serie A: 43 red cards in 220 games (1 every 5.11 games)
German 1st Div: 33 in 210 (1 every 6.36 games)

Maybe I'm just reading too much into it but it just seems ridiculously high, in real life I'm pretty sure the average is about 1 in every 6-7 games?

i just started a season and in the first 4 games, there were 4 red cards....all of which incurred by the opposition. definitely higher than your average

So yes, those numbers seem slightly high. But not by much.
