Red cards on a high!

Hi everyone I am currently in progress in making a tactic and im doing a test save with newcastle united and ive got 2 red cards in two matches 4 games in to the prem and the tackiling is on very cautios while player instructions it is all the way on the left 2 easy?

Any idea how to stop this.

Which players got sent off?
Coliccini always gets sent off in my games so it's not a big suprise there
It goes without saying if Barton was one of the players seeing red..............
