Currently in my 4th season with the Serbian Giants and I am wondering when is the right time to move on. 3 League Championships combined with difficulties in Europe has led me to think, is the gap between top European leagues and smaller ones too much?
I always seem to look around for a new challenge but my squad is quite reasonable (Destro, Sanogo, Gino Peruzzi, Lazovic).
My question really is stick or twist? I haven't really been offered the chance to move apart from Watford in the championship. I have some great regens but the domestic campaigns offer very little competition as Partizan are always changing their gaffer.
