A disgusting waste of talent.

King and Woodgate have the potential to be one of the best partnerships in the league when at their best.
 
Woodgate should accept that his injury is never going to improve and should call it a day. King is a legend amongst the Spurs faithful but with every season that passes he is going to play less and less.

Dawson is the future for us and Spurs should be looking for a partner for him instead of holding on and hoping King and Woodgate to be fit all the time.

I would like to see Per Mertesacker partnering Dawson.

Woodgate was put under a lot of pressure to get himself fit enough to be named in the 25 man league squad. It appears that he's had yet another relapse.

He's in the last year of his contract isn't he? Wouldn't surprise me to see him released next summer even if he doesn't choose to retire.
