"Reduce salary demands" in FM15

Hi,

I got myself in a bad financial situation in my FM15 game and I want to ask some of my players to reduce their salary demands like I always did in FM14, but I can't find it anywhere. In fact, I can't find a way to talk to my players at all. Am I just this stupid or was it removed from the game entirely? Can I still do it somehow?

You can ask them when you offer a new contract.

Again, you can ask them to sack their agents when they ask you for a new contract. (Only when they ask you for a new contract, no such option if you offer them a new one)
