reduce the unhappy players in the squad

I cant improve squad harmony. my all players are poor morale. I try "team meeting" but dont have rezult. My team are 1 in leag, semi final in champ. cup, but board sack me

One of the major faults with this game so far i'm afraid. No realistic reasoning behind many of the player interactions.
