I am Newcastle United and i am on my 3rd season. i want to start looking at young player for the future, so was thinking getting loads of regan players, i hear people going on about them all the time.
my questions are;
when do regan player come into the game? ( dates, Year )
Do u have to scout different countries for them player?
how do you spot a regan player?
