sorry if this in wrong place. was wondering as a northern ireland fan and as the league over here is **** lol could i get norn irish regens say managing in england or scotland or any other country and how if u can. also since northern ireland dont really have any world class players would the regens be good really need help with this it annoying me lol

you can hire staff from clubs to increase their knowledge of northern ireland, you might be lucky and get a couple that way..

Ireland and northern ireland always have some quality regens, two of my best players in the spl just now came as 16 year olds from ireland. You'll get more if if you have the leagues loaded but you dont need them

Have a look at Kanndersson's guide for San Marino challenge, he talks about increasing regens as part of the NT set up and what you can do to help.
