Regen not allowed Work Permit?

I signed a Brazilian regen who's 15 - he looks great, has good potential etc etc. He's not been given a work permit and I'm confused what to do? People are saying on the regen thread "Bla bla he couldn't get a permit so I sent him to Belgium for 3 years" how do I do this?

You need to have a feeder club for work permits. There should be such an option in your 'Networking -> Feeder Club' selection, while talking to Board. Afterwards, they'll send you a list of clubs, upon which one is selected. You can then send your player to said club for that many number of years, in order to gain a European citizenship.

Also, if you send your player out on loan and he plays a lot, offer him a new contract. A lot of times, he will get his WP granted at that point.
