Regen Question

Do most regens have fixed potential, or do most have negative? Not really a big deal, I'm just wondering.

A '-' potential is a figure that randomises a player's PA number between X and Y each time you create a save. So, considering the fact that regens are 100% random and unique on every save, the idea that they have negative potential just isn't a possibility.

thanks mate, I was confused about the meaning of -potential, i thought it meant that the potential capped off in a range, rather than a specific point.
