Dose anybody know when regen staff come into the game? are their set dates like youth intakes?

I don't know, but even if it was I think it would be extremely hard to find good ones until after they have built a reputation up. Your best bet is to go with real life coaches (Since they keep going till they're at least 60+!) and retired players

I think in FM12 it was around March/April. (amateur) Players would retire in a few months and there are a few gems for pretty low wage budget.
