In FM12, you couldn't even view Regens from other teams who were on the trial team. Has that changed for FM13?
I also know that in FM12, if you approached to sign a youth player, you'd still have to pay 2-3 million USD in compensation.
Currently in my FM12 save, I'm paying an average of 11 million USD for top potential regens (signed 3 this last season, including a 14 year old GK for 11 million!...had to as he is the best looking GK prospect I've found in the world)
