Regens

I just want to ask a quick question about regen players. Whenever I'm at an English club I only get English regen's, but I look at some of the top teams and they have regen's from other countries. How do I get regen players from other countries come through a youth intake or do I have to go out and buy them?

Any help is appreciated.

Either they have an "extensive recruitment network" which means 1/2/3 foreign regens will come in their intake every year. Or they have just poached them from other foreign clubs at a really young age

Pretty sure it's related a lot to your facilities and scouting knowledge. For example, if you have full scouting knowledge of Spain, coupled with good Youth Recruitment, Junior Coaching and (i think) Youth Facilities, you can get players from there.
