regens are players who come through your academy i think anyway.

steau, how about you try using FM Genie Scout to find regens depends on his CA and PA.

i always get loads of scouts in from different countries, and then send them over, scouting for players Under 17, you'll find loads of regens that way....to giv eyou an example...i found a left back who is 16, awesome stats, played for ascoli i think, dubbed the new paolo maldini.....cost me 70k!!
